I had a fantastic dining experience at China House in the Grand Hyatt Mumbai! The food was absolutely amazing; we thoroughly enjoyed the steamed vegetables, Sichuan vegetarian dishes, eggplant, Sichuan chili, burnt garlic fried rice, steamed jasmine rice, and the wok-tossed and peppery hot bean specialties. A special shout-out to Themsongam, who provided impeccable service throughout the evening. His attention to detail and hospitality truly made our meal memorable. Tham was our server who recommended an excellent selection of dim sum, ensured that the Peking duck was prepared to preference and suggested some truly outstanding deserts. Exceptional service and authentic Chinese food! 👍 Came to Mumbai for biz trip, but have been missing good Chinese food already. The food here totally hit the spot! Especially the xiao long bao (chicken dumplings) was surprisingly good! Will come back again next time!
