Walked 20 minutes to get here but opening hours aren’t accurate on Google. Apparently he closes for 3 hours for lunch till 5pm according to a local who lived next door

This is one of the cheapest gyms in Prabhadevi. The built-up area is small and only has basic equipment, but if you just want to maintain an intermediate fitness level (keep in mind, there is rarely a coach around), it’s perfectly fine. It also faces Prabhadevi Beach, so you can jog and warm up outside, and enjoy the cool breeze after your workout.
