I would never refer this hospital to any of the middle...

I would never refer this hospital to any of the middle class family as the charges are hidden and they charge left right & center. 1. Irrelevant doctor visiting and just asking how are u doing & they charged rs 3000. 2. Oxygen support charges are rs 3500 per day wherein it is included in the bed charges. 3. Bed charges and nursing charges per day are not included. (They are different). 4. Sisters are new and lack of experience, couple of sister's were not able to get my input the needles correctly and entire hand was swollen for almost a week and it was very painful. The issue was than sorted by an experience sister. On top of that, the new sisters were laughing leaving the room, instead of learning things. 5. Hand Gloves: They claim they used 60 pair of hand gloves in 4 days, wherein I didn't even had any surgery. They charged around 1550 for this. 6. Only Hospital Medical Equipments and medicines can be used, no outside medicines allowed. The Medical charges are as per MRP, wherein the local medical gives us 10-20% discount. 7. Most worry part is they don't even entertain about the query raised on bill. I raised a query 5 days before and till date I haven't received any reply. The pain of being a patient and adding all these stress that too from hospital where people go to get well, but here it has raised alot of questions on their service and process.
