Being a regular customer. I used to order panner chilly dry, something which used to like a lot. From the recent 5 months the quality has gone down the drain. The quality and taste gas become third class. The most egregious part is that zomato wont even consider the complaint. It wont take a stance on this issue. If zomato cannot take a share in the responsibility in providing a good experience to the customer it should refrain from dealing with such restaurants. Alas, this is was my final order from here. I am not ordering from here henceforth. If a restaurant cant provide a good experience to customers and bot even heed to better their service then i rather not order.

I have ordered for my wife Veg Masala Cheese Toast Sandwich...

I have ordered for my wife Veg Masala Cheese Toast Sandwich (which might is not in there menu still they said they have this) from Prabhadevi Hotel, and they have given us this which showed in image, also once ordered dal khichdi which has no taste. In these image u can see potato are not smashed only ready cutted potatoes and lots of spicey chutney putted in it and cheese putted in sandwich which cost 20 rs extra total cost of this is 170 rs which is not worth at all, they are trying to fool and to earn only
