I visited this restaurant after watching one of its reels, and as a big butter chicken fan, I was really excited to try it. Even though I stay in Airoli, I specifically took a parcel for dinner and clearly informed the staff that I would be carrying it all the way back, requesting them to ensure the packaging was properly secured. Unfortunately, the container was not sealed properly, which resulted in the entire butter chicken spilling inside my bike’s top box during the ride. It was extremely disappointing — not only was the food wasted, but I also ended up going to bed hungry after looking forward to this meal all day. I truly hope the restaurant takes packaging and customer instructions more seriously in the future, especially for takeaway orders meant for long-distance travel.
