Dear Team, We visited the TVS Supreme branch at Prabhadevi on 17th March 2026 to book the TVS Orbiter – Cosmic. At the time of booking, we were assured that the scooter would be delivered within 7 days, including registration. However, despite multiple follow-ups with Mr. Sumedh Wagh, the delivery was delayed beyond the committed timeline. We were later informed that the scooter would be delivered on 26th March 2026, but this was again postponed citing pending registration and number plate issues. Eventually, the scooter was delivered only on 5th April 2026, which is significantly delayed from the original commitment. Additionally, at the time of delivery, the following items were not provided: * White helmet * Service book * Invoice hard copy Despite repeated follow-ups with the showroom team, these items are still pending, and there has been no clear communication or resolution. We are extremely disappointed with the level of service provided, both before and after delivery. Such delays and lack of accountability are not expected from a reputed brand like TVS. We request you to: 1. Arrange immediate delivery of all pending items 2. Provide the invoice hard copy without further delay 3. Take necessary action to improve customer service and avoid such experiences in the future We look forward to your prompt resolution on this matter.

Absolutely uninterested sales staff! Been atleast 10 days that I've been following up continously with Shiva and Wasim for a quote with engine protect and consumables cover, and all they do is promise to get back in a few hours and never get back. Haven't received a single call or msg from them despite multiple reminders. If pre-sales is this way, I can't even imagine how bad post sales service will be! Its a shame because TVS products are good but the people selling them are least interested in doing their job!

Prabhadevi TVS Showroom is the worst showroom. The service is very poor. Even after taking full payment, they do not deliver your vehicle on time. On top of that, they ask you to call, but when you do, they don’t answer the phone. The staff there keeps changing all the time. The service is not good at all and the experience is completely disappointing. This did not happen to just one customer. Along with us, at least four other customers had the same complaint. We found this out at the showroom itself, where many people had come to complain. Please make sure to check reviews before going there. My advice is: do not go to Prabhadevi TVS Showroom—visit some other TVS showroom instead.
