This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. We were sold stale ladoos at Trupti and Food, and unfortunately my child ate them before we realised they were old. The taste and smell clearly indicated the sweets were not fresh, yet they were still being sold to customers. What’s even more alarming is that this doesn’t seem like an isolated issue. Most of the food here appears stale, with shelf life seemingly artificially extended just to push sales, without any concern for customer health or safety—especially that of children. To make matters worse, the manager at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive when this was pointed out. Instead of taking responsibility or apologising, there was arrogance and complete lack of professionalism. Selling stale food is unacceptable. Selling it to families with kids is downright dangerous. This place needs serious inspection and accountability. Absolutely do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.
