Extremely poor and misleading experience at the Powai store of Croma. I purchased a washing machine only because the salesperson, Imran Khan, explicitly and repeatedly assured me that both delivery and installation would be completed on Monday. This was a non-negotiable condition, and I reconfirmed it multiple times before making the payment. What actually happened: Delivery followed a standard 48-hour and delivered on Monday. Installation was initially refused when I contacted the store. Later, two individuals arrived around 8:00 PM without any prior intimation, claiming they were there for installation Shockingly, they turned out to be sales staff with no technical knowledge. They had no tools, did not check water pressure or drainage, and after struggling for 30 minutes, casually stated that the machine would not fit. This raises serious concerns: False commitments made just to close a sale Untrained personnel sent for installation Improper and potentially unsafe handling of a brand-new appliance This is not a minor inconvenience — it reflects a complete breakdown of trust and professionalism. Customers rely on accurate information to make purchase decisions, and in this case, I was clearly misled.

Pathetic+ service, bought JBL earphone, it was stopped working within a week. While asking about the same, very politely took my request and said, they will arrange pick up. I was waiting for 4 days but didn't come, when I call back to the store, they asked me to go to service centre. When I asked the reason as I was spent my time to their store, they denied to take the request. The call handler unprofessionally behaved. Do not purchase any JBL or Boat products always stop working in few days. Vijay Sales provide the best service rather than Croma. Even 1 ⭐ rating don't deserve.
