I had a very disappointing experience with this bakery. I wasted a lot of time, and the customized cake I received was not at all what I had asked for. In a customized order, it is the shop’s responsibility to ensure the correct color, design, and finishing of the cake. Instead, the staff kept arguing with me and tried to convince me that the cake color looked black, even though I had clearly shared reference pictures. As a customer, I expect satisfaction for the amount I am paying. I was asked to come and collect the cake at 5:30 PM, but it was only handed over to me at 7:00 PM. I had somewhere else to be and kept asking how much time it would take, but instead of proper communication, I was told repeatedly that changes take time. The staff was not polite or helpful in their behavior. In customized cakes, the complete responsibility lies with the shop to deliver exactly what was promised. Unfortunately, my experience was unprofessional and unsatisfactory. “I had ordered a blue cake, but look at how they made and gave it to me.”
