From Justdial i got the contact details and booked bus for travel then next day person is not answering my phone then I contacted branch office they said that you paid to fraud person Ishan Mehta and we do not have any information about your booking and about this person. If your agency know there is fraud or scam going on then why don't you block that person details from all website and do police complaint. I don't know whether it is your team planning of looting from people or it is real scam

The worst experience…had applied 4 passports…even after asking repeatedly none of the employees informed about the documents required..document for my baby was also not given…had to go to the passport office and run around at d last min with a lil baby …same for police verification…waste of money…get it done online.

Very helpful staff the rates are very reasonable and they go out of the way to help you..any thing related to travel they will not let you down...I booked an international flight and they gave me the best service can buy!!
