Very disappointed with the service. I gave my saree for stain removal and was assured that the stain would become lighter after washing. Instead, it appears they only ironed it and returned it without proper cleaning. When I questioned them, they did not take responsibility and said the stain wouldn’t go. If that was the case, they should have informed me honestly. Poor service and unprofessional handling. Reply of your comment:- first of all you didn’t opened the saree at the second time and my husband never raised hand and used bad words to your staff give me a proof if he did this, because I’m sure about this I’m all with him at that time. He just raised his voice because you didn’t just opened the saree. I’m just clarifying here the whole matter because people should know when they are trusting the laundry service.
