Terrible experience. The sofa quality is cheap and substandard. Worse than the product is their after-sales service—they are completely unresponsive. I’ve reached out numerous times with no luck; they simply won't answer the phone. It’s clear they only care about making a sale, not about the customer or the quality of their product. Save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere

Very bad service. They were to take follow-up for payment only. We paid a huge amount for good service but they did not provide us with good service. You have to follow up every time for each and each work. Also they provide us with damaged furniture when you call them to repair or any other service they do not respond to. While taking orders they commit to us they will do everything as per our requirement in budget after finalizing and work getting done they increase the amount and ask for the payment. And tell us "we are not able to give you service if payment is not compliant" and they stop our work. I have paid their full payment whatever they ask for still they are not giving service. Commitment fails every time. Whenever you call them for any complaints or service they give only one reason: "karagir Nahi hai" "Gaon Gaya Hai". I gave them 1 year ago, There were some complaints and repair work. I took so much time to follow up for the same but they did not respond properly. My Furniture repair work is still pending. I lost hope from the crown furniture. Very bad service. I would never recommended any one to work with them.
