Your cakes are undoubtedly very good and we have always liked the quality. But I am extremely disappointed with the staff behavior. Last year our order was delayed by nearly 2 hours, and instead of apologizing, we were told “aap hi leke jao.” The way of speaking was rude and unprofessional. As regular customers, we expect better service and respectful communication. Please take this feedback seriously.
