In 2022, I reached out to them for buying the property, they showed me 1-2 property as a real estate agent do, Since I didn't liked the budgets, they gave me the 1 bhk in krishna which was under-construction ar that time. Made huge promises of getting everything ready xyz and one I pay the token amount and down payment i will be able to register it. Loan got passed and then i got the update i have to pay them upfront in cheque earlier thane the registration date. I agreed to it. They took the cheque under there name stating i made mistake on previous cheque with wrong name. They took huge amount. They are done with me since then I am waiting for my property to get registered under my name its mid 2026. And still this guys are not attending my phones, and when I visit them they still give excuses of wait for 10 days wait for 20 days. I have got 2 loans already confirmed and got stuck because I didn't made the registration with the builder and now the builder is also changed to EVF greens, who have there internal issue with this guys. I am filing complaint will do all possible things i can to make them pay my money back or get me my house. Please don't trust this thiefs. This will all get there hell. Making me suffer will never be good for anyone.
