On 14 June, 2026, I booked a Panasonic Smart Wi-Fi AC. The next day, I was delivered a non-smart Panasonic AC. I called J.P. Sir at the Snehanjali showroom, but he told me that I had not asked for a smart AC. I was falsely guided and given the wrong product. Salesman Ajeet had also guided me regarding the smart AC. When I visited the showroom and discussed the issue, they again said that I had never asked for a smart AC. As a result, I received the wrong product. I will tell everyone not to visit Snehanjali showroom. Anyone planning to buy an AC should go to Croma in Vasai instead."
