I had a very disappointing experience with this swimming pool. The manager’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. During admission, important rules and policies were not properly explained. However, after a month, new rules were suddenly introduced, causing unnecessary confusion. The manager also has a very arrogant attitude and does not deal with customers respectfully. Better communication and professionalism are needed. Overall, a very poor experience👎🏻
