Devgn CineX (Formerly NY Cinemas) Mulund

This is my first time at Devgn Cinemas. I had high expectations thinking it was Ajay Devgns cinema chain but the experience is very disappointing. I came here to watch Dhurandar 2 . I paid 350+ for premium seat but the seating was very uncomfortable. At first i thought since the lights are on the screen is blurry and sound is slow. But the projection is bad and a blue light shadow is constantly on the screen in the background when while the movie is on, Colors are faded and maybe the projector is poor so you won't get a cinema experience and sound quality is even worse. From someone coming from a film fraternity they should have worked on all the factors while opening a cinema chain. I think maybe Ajay Devgn should personally come and experience it to understand the issue. People come to a cinema hall for experience but this was a disaster. The movie was not even over and the lights got switched on around 10 mins prior when we asked to switch off they said arre movie almost over hi toh hai. Over all not a great experience here would surely not recommend or come back.
