This hospital does not even deserve one star. My mother was admitted here for just one day due to a minor injury with swelling, yet the bill came to ₹23,000. Even after charging such a huge amount, the service was very poor. The OPD was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes, and the washrooms were not cleaned properly. There was not even any handwash available. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Jp new hospital (sakinaka)

Today in the afternoon, I came to the hospital to consult with Dr. Ashwin. At that time, there was a female lady who had been continuously talking on the phone for a long time. She was speaking very loudly, and even the reception staff did not stop her or inform her that this is a hospital. I also told to reception staff but their is nothing change, but she continued to talk loudly and shout. She was also using inappropriate language/abusive language, which was disturbing everyone. She was like that she is sitting in the garden. This is totally disappointing. I have been visiting this hospital for the past 22 years, but today’s experience was the worst.
