Grumpy store attendants make for poor customer service. The girl couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone screen or get up from her seat behind the counter. The other young attendant seemed to be in a bad mood and gave generic answers. Anything I pointed to was either "it's a bread", "it's a bun" or "it's a biscuit". That's a frustrating experience when it's clear one is asking about ingredients (wheat/maida) or whether the buns are sweet/savoury, etc. I guess if you know exactly what you're looking for - generic pav, generic bread - you'll have better luck.
