This wasn’t the first time I went but Paying for 1 hour n getting for only 40 minutes. Also the person who gave me massage is asking more money. The lady who is managing now also couldn’t manager properly. Even after booking the appointment still have to wait 30 minutes in room. Really WORST EXPERIENCE

Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. They charge you for a full one-hour massage and give you barely 40 minutes, then have the audacity to argue that the hour is over. If it were 50–55 minutes, fine—things happen. But cutting 20 minutes straight and then insisting it’s a full hour is blatant cheating. If you push back and somehow get them to continue, the massage quality drops even further—which is saying something, because the massage is bad to begin with. The masseurs look completely disinterested, like they just want to finish quickly and move on to the next customer or go home. Zero effort, zero technique, zero care. On top of that, the staff is rude. Even if you speak politely, they respond with attitude and arguments. No professionalism, no customer handling, no accountability. There are much better massage parlours in the same area—use those instead. Or just go back to Urban Company at least they are professional, transparent, and polite. This place is not worth your time or money. Completely avoid.
