Poor Support from CRM & Builder – Disappointing Experience Taking possession in Aurora has been extremely stressful. From day one, the actual condition of the building is far below what was presented during purchase. Issues observed immediately after possession: Leakage problems in multiple areas Poor construction quality Frequent lift breakdowns Very congested parking making daily use difficult Flooring tiles are uneven and loosely fixed Amenities shown mention in agreementdo not match what has been provided. For example, a fitness centre was mentioned earlier, but what exists today is only a small empty hall, which does not meet expectations. Small parking given and also very congested. The CRM team has been unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite multiple follow-ups, issues remain unresolved. Many residents are jointly requesting basic rectifications, but there has been no effective action so far. Possession was given on time, but timely possession loses its value when quality and post-handover support are so poor.

Worst Developer Builder. Facing Water leakage issues from the ceiling and all the house walls. Brand new flat facing such severe water leakage issues shows the poor quality of workmanship and substandard use of materials. Multiple complaints made to them but they are not solving the concerns. I would not recommend Pranav Construction to anyone. Purchasing flat with this Builder is the biggest mistake.
