Visited Dr.Hemant Kandoi for rehabilitation post a traumatic Shoulder dislocation for about 17weeks: Since I wanted to get back to Professional Race Track riding I was very skeptical on the extensive knowledge that most doctors possess in this field (the usual doc’s don’t really understand what race track riding is about and the workouts required for someone like myself to get back in shape) Dr.Hemant Kandoi went with a steady progression towards recovery unlike what was suggested by my surgeon. What I really appreciated was the effort made to understand what a race track rider goes through and which muscles are mostly used, needless to say the workout plan was specifically designed keeping all these parameters in mind. They also have nutritionist and psychologist on the panel is need be, Apart from that he is a great guy to talk to and I always looked forward to every weekly visit :)

Even over a virtual consultation, he guided me step-by-step with the right first-aid measures and explained everything so calmly and clearly. I visited Dr. Hemant Kandoi for physiotherapy after my ACL reconstruction surgery. He explained my condition clearly and designed a step-by-step rehabilitation plan that was easy to follow. Each session was well-structured, focusing on improving knee strength, flexibility, and stability. Dr. Kandoi is very patient, supportive, and motivating. He carefully monitored my progress and adjusted the exercises according to my recovery stage. The clinic environment is clean and comfortable, which made every session stress-free. Dr Hemant Kandoi. Finally after a frustrating 6 months mistreatment by commercial physiotherapists , I came at the right place!! He is a true healer, and not here to mint money. Dr Hemant’s approach and intention is to honestly heal and cure his patient physically and emotionally.He gave me excellent exercise programme, manageable at my home, with him being accessible on whatsapp to guide me ! And also sent me for an alternative treatment to work on my shoulder flexibility, since i had torn tendons and hence frozen shoulder. And it worked like magic , with his constant supervision. He treats you holistically and listens to you unlike majority of high profile orthopaedics or doctors! Now since my profession involves extensive shoulder strength and mobility he will specially design exercises for my seamless mobility.
