1 star less only for the location. It's on the 4th floor of the mall so not visible or any attraction to the place Rest the place is up to the mark. There is also a small cafeteria or food place to eat and order food. Apart from the amount there are two parents allowed with one kid, All the activities are amazing check the video uploaded. TIP Carry your own pair of socks ( not necessary grip socks)

Extremely disappointed with the policy of the place.They offer no buffer time for kids to eat.You are supposed to pay for playtime and for their food and make your kid eat within 10 min. How is a toddler supposed to eat so fast? And when the child wanted to play a bit more they blatantly refused not allowing even 5 min extra. The place was not even busy with only 2 more kids present. I have been to many other playareas, never have I experienced such hostility especially when there is a toddler involved. The staff is also not active or interactive. They make sure that children don't play much with the toys so that they don't have to arrange those toys after the play. They will repeatedly restrict the kids from handling toys. Toddlers may fall but the staff won't come forward to prevent them from falling or to pick them up. It's a good place with a lot of activities, I hope the management recieves this feedback and makes amendments for better experience.
