Worst company to buy insurance, their policy advisor missold me policy, even after telling the advisor to make the necessary changes in the insurance he did not do it.Their after sales is very bad. They have done scam with me. Highly recommend not to buy any policy with them.

Policy Bazaar is useless. I am trying to contact their number for past 3 days. My car is repaired and ready for pickup and pending documents from insurance company end. Policy bazaar claimed that they will help with all the queries. And now they are unrechable. Only tall claims from this company. I would recommend to take policies from any agent instead of policy bazaar.

Very poor experience with Policybazaar. My policy was cancelled by company that was taken on EMI. The refund was initiated on 22nd January, but my loan is still not closed. It’s been more than a month with no resolution. Customer care is extremely disappointing. Every time I call, they just say “it will be resolved in 2 days,” but nothing actually happens. No accountability, no proper updates. Highly frustrating experience. Would not recommend opting for policies through them.

0 stars for disturbing the people's by calling and follow ups regularly. We use policy bazaar for compare the prices and policy offers from good service providers. And customers use your services to minimize the paper works and save the time. Not for answering your non sense turnover - sales target achiever sales persons. Answered your 10 sales persons that I have already purchase mediclaim policy from icici Lombard. But stupid people's don't understand about someone's privacy and company' like your don't care about ethics. And there is no control of any government authorities on you. When the times come for claim you people ask for and finds excuses for many things. Bad and poor company services.
