Extremely disappointing experience. The person running this photo studio is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went there specifically to get U.S. visa photos, and he confidently claimed that he knows exactly how the U.S. visa photo requirements work. However, the photos he took were clearly pixelated and of very poor quality, and they were rejected at the embassy. Because of this mistake, we had to take new photos at the embassy itself and pay an additional premium fee, which could have easily been avoided if the photos were taken properly in the first place. When we went back and informed him about the rejection and the poor photo quality, instead of taking responsibility he simply said “that’s the embassy’s problem, they reject photos all the time” and refused to acknowledge the issue. If he already knows that photos taken at his studio are getting rejected frequently, then he should inform customers beforehand instead of confidently claiming expertise. The amount we paid may only be ₹200, but the point is not the money — it’s about basic professionalism and customer respect. Customers should not have to waste their time and money because of poor service and misinformation. On top of that, his attitude towards customers is extremely rude and dismissive. No willingness to listen, no accountability, and no respect. I would strongly advise people to avoid this studio for visa photos or any important documentation photos.
