I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my dog received at this clinic. After the treatment provided by the veterinarian, my dog's condition worsened instead of improving. The vet insisted on conducting additional tests, even though these tests had already been performed recently and the reports were normal. When we explained this and declined the unnecessary repeat testing, the veterinarian became argumentative rather than addressing our concerns professionally. As a pet owner, I expected compassionate care, clear communication, and appropriate medical guidance. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend this clinic.

Doctor is very knowledgeable and their staff is very helpful and supportive. Although they are recommended, a clear communication and explanation is required to be given if being asked. All pet owners need to be cautious anywhere they visit and ask for the same. It's every parent's right.

This review is being written to formally document my extremely distressing experience with Nagares Animal Care Clinic regarding the treatment of my dog. I entrusted this clinic with the care and medical treatment of my dog with the expectation of professional conduct, transparency, and proper veterinary care. Unfortunately, my dog did not survive. Throughout the treatment process, there was a serious lack of clear communication regarding my dog’s medical condition, the procedures being carried out, and the associated risks. As a pet owner going through a critical medical situation, I expected honest explanations, compassionate handling, and ethical veterinary practice. Instead, the experience left me feeling that financial demands were prioritized while important medical information was not adequately explained. Another highly concerning issue was that a staff member who attempted to cooperate and provide support during this situation was reportedly dismissed shortly afterwards. This raises serious concerns about the internal practices and professional environment of the clinic. The loss of a pet is emotionally devastating. For many of us, our pets are not just animals — they are like our children and family members. The way this situation was handled has only deepened that pain. As a pet parent, I urge other pet parents to be extremely cautious. In case of emergency is there pls don't visit this clinic and if u want to save ur pets pls avoid this we lost our dog but you should be careful.....
