The reports for Covid test take more time than required. The labs are not upto the mark. They basically keep stalling you and postpone the test results. Really poor service. I am Never coming to this Lab ever again.

Had a very good experience with Suburban Diagnostics during the covid period. Easy to book appointments. The staff also helped me get a refund for the extra payment that I had made. Took stamped reports from the Malad centre for mediclaim where the staff was very helpful.
