This store offers third-class service at best. First, it took them 6 days just to deliver my AC. Then their so-called installer Rizwan took another 2 days to show up for fitting. Totally unprofessional! The salesman was completely disinterested—as if doing me a favor by selling the product. I had to call the store over 50 times just to get basic updates. That’s not customer service, that’s customer torture. Avoid this place at all costs. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. Total disappointment!

Very very bad customer service. I bought cooler and was not working the same day. I adked to replace the product bt they refused n repaired it. Aftr 2 days it again stopped working still they are refusing to replace and now no one is boughthered to reach us
