I had a really great experience at the dealership, and I especially want to appreciate Vishal for his outstanding service. From the very beginning till the final delivery, he was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, guided us properly at each step, and made the whole buying experience smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was his dedication — since I’m still learning to ride, he personally brought the scooter from the dealership to my home, which was a huge help and showed his genuine commitment towards customer satisfaction. It’s rare to see such sincerity and support these days. Vishal truly knows what he’s doing and goes the extra mile for his customers.

Automiles is one of the best places to test ride and book your hero vehicle. ALthough I live near Hero motors fort point near mahim, I traveled all the way to malad because the staff was polite and helpful. I had visited Fort point Mahim multiple times to test ride the zoom 125. But the staff were very rude and kept saying they would have no idea when the vehicle would be avaliable. They even refused any test rides as well. A big thanks to Mr Prathamesh, for arranging a test ride and also delivering the zoom 125 within 1 week.. keep up the good work .... The management at Hero motors needs to replace the staff at Hero fort point Mahim as they are driving away potential hero customers to other companies.
