I used Farohar Tours and Travels during my recent visit to Bombay, India for multiple airport pickups and drop off services as well as full day intercity cab services and they provided exceptional service every single time. They were easy to get in touch with (over WhatsApp/calls) to make the required reservations. They were super responsive and were able to accommodate requests even the day before the intended journey which I really appreciated. And they have very well maintained cars and provide sedans and suvs depending on number of passengers and bags you are traveling with. The experience for the pickup from the airport was great since they have the ability to park in the vip/employee lot so you are able to exit the international airport much faster than the rest of the crowd. And I was able to find them based on the precise location and guidance that was communicated over the phone. They were also very punctual on the pickups , arriving several minutes early in some cases. I got to have Chirag on all of my airport pickups and drop offs and the service and support was top notch and enjoyed the conversations during the rides. He was super punctual and the communication upto the pickup and drop off was excellent, with timely updates. I also used the intercity cab services for a full day round trip to Poona and the driver was very good , excellent road etiquette and drove at a safe speed and was very well acquainted getting in and out of the city. And very try trustworthy. My entire family (and extended) have been using their services and I highly recommend them on your next visit to India.

Our family has used their airport transfer services to multiple occasions. The cars provided are in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. Importantly, they are always on time, often early for pickups. The owner Danesh is friendly, responsive and accommodating to all requests. The chauffeurs are polite, communicative and helpful with luggage. We appreciate the thoughtful little touches- mineral water bottles on the car seat, tissue boxes and good music!

Farohar tours and Danesh (the owner) provided excellent service for us while we were in Mumbai. We used them on multiple occasions - pick up and drop off to the airport, and transport to another city. The cars and drivers were very courteous and professional. And they took care of our needs and even helped with the bags so that we did not have to pick them all up. They were always on time and made sure we arrived promptly at our destinations. All the costs were shared with us before had so we knew exactly what we were going to be charged. So there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend using Farohar Tours for exceptional and reliable car transport services in Mumbai.

I was highly impressed with the way Danesh was handling the business.Very professional. We were travelling to Mahabaleshwar which is almost 5 hrs drive from Mumbai. The chauffeur reached exactly on time as was decided and he drove the car so well. I was worried as I had my old mother along with me. But the chauffeur as per the Guidance of Danesh halted the vehicle at good places to eat and use the restroom. The chauffeur was also knew the place so well we didn’t need any tour guide. He drove us all around Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani . Got us the best strawberries direct from the farm.Overall a very relaxed and enjoyable holiday. Thanks to Danesh and Sachin. Without a second thought I would always prefer to rent a car from Danesh. Do try you get much more value for money

I was impressed by Danesh service regarding a car to drop to Sahar International airport. Though it was Sunday He could arrange for a chauffer who was fully vaccinated and very helpful in luggage picking up and getting trolly at airport. Well mannered Chauffer and comfortable car also. 👍👍
