I had a great experience with both the doctors and the staff. Dr. Pooja recommended a facial treatment, which was performed by Aarti, and I am very pleased with the results. The entire team was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I can already see a significant improvement and would highly recommend their services.

Very unprofessional service. The attendants do not check details of previous sessions and just give random frequency/ energy for treatment. No doctor is attending to details of treatment and what changes should be made based on previous sessions. No data is maintained. Privacy issues. Attendants move in and out of the cabins without knocking. In one of the session the attendant didn't even have uniform. Once you have made the payment then they don't care. Very expensive and totally unprofessional service. No one listens to feedback. They don't make any record of feedback. Attendants and doctors change everytime and they have no info of what was done in previous sessions. Dr. Batul is completely disconnected and unaware of how unprofessionally the clinic is being run. I regretted taking their service and in the end just wanted to get done with all sessions since I had made advance payment. And this is their Bandra clinic. I wonder what must be happening in the other clinics.
