I visited Skinerva Clinic for my skin and hair concerns and spent around ₹12,000 on consultations, medicines, and products recommended by the clinic. Unfortunately, despite following the prescribed treatment, I did not notice any significant improvement or results. What disappointed me most was that after spending this amount and seeing no benefit, I was later advised during a follow-up call that I would need to undergo laser treatment to achieve results. This left me feeling as though the money spent on the initial treatment was largely wasted. In my experience, patients should think carefully before making a significant financial commitment. I also felt that after the initial payment, the focus shifted toward recommending additional and more expensive treatments, which made me feel pressured to spend more money rather than receiving satisfactory results from the treatment I had already paid for. Dr. Preeti Kothari is very convincing and communicates well, but my overall experience with the treatment outcomes and after-sales support was not satisfactory. I believe patients should be given realistic expectations about the effectiveness of medicines and products before investing a substantial amount of money. This review is based solely on my personal experience. Others may have different results, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations.
