They sending unprofessional people who are drunk and roadside please do not hire these services they do not even call from the same number given on website

I booked this service looking at their positive ratings and reviews but personally I had an extremely bad experience with them I made a 2bhk full home cleaning service for 11.30am today. A team showed up around 10.30am and even though I asked them to atleast review the home and plan the cleaning. They did so and were almost ready to start when their manager (Jeevan) called and said there has been a mis co-ordination from their end and they will send another team after an hour. Both the team on site and I requested Jeevan to avoid this change and let us continue as we were just about to start the work. However he insisted and sending another team to which we eventually agreed. At 11.55pm (later than scheduled and promised time) another team showed up. I again started planning the work with new team however this time the team leader seem to have reservations about cleaning cabinets and vacuum cleaning the balcony carpet (all of which was discussed with Jeevan and informed prior to booking the services). The team lead said "we will need to check with if you have paid for this" multiple times. The service attitude of team lead was not postive and I was upset so asked them to wait outside. The team left without initiating any work. Waste of time for both them and me. When I called Jeevan to resolve this I was shocked by his reply. He said "Sir aapke mood kharab hoga Aaj isiliye yeh sab ho raha hain." I am sharing this ordeal only so that others customers are not blinded by the positive reviews. Very poor logistics, customer service and complaint redressal. Lacks professionalism.
