Not a good experience because one expects a certain standard if the bakery outlet shop is run by Shalimar Hotel. Firstly the staff was busy watching some video on his phone. When I ordered the croissants he used his hands to pick them up and pack them... No gloves or tongs. This is a highly unsanitary practice and not expected from an establishment that's managed by a hotel. Then when I asked for payment modes he said only cash or UPI. The UPI was his personal UPI (again a bad business practice) as there was no QR code for the shop. I was also charged ten rupees on the bill for Packing Charges, which was basically a paper bag that leaked the oil of the croissant. Finally the quality of the croissant... While it was nice and flaky, the chocolate inside was not gooey, it was a hard piece of chocolate... Even though I warmed it up a bit. Overall extremely disappointed.
