The Team is professional and Qualified which is what I liked the most, the doctor identified my problems and gave me remedial approach to overcome and relieve my pain. Very unique way of giving the therapy which is effective and you will start seeing the differences in few days. Dr Niharika and Dr Dhriti did an excellent job they identified the issues and customised the therapy keeping in mind the short falls that I had and ensured I didn’t get any discomfort throughout the sessions which I attended. It was a combination of MTRP and Exercises for My Cervical and Lumber and guided me during and post sessions on the importance of regular exercises, Thank you and All the Best to the entire Areo Team. Last but not the least thank you Dr Iqraa for giving me assurance and it worked well.

I have been taking treatment for my disc buldge and muscle stiffness glute , back and legs . Treatment and sessions with Dr. Iqraa , Dr Kasturi and Dr Dhruti have eased my disc buldge pain completely , my muscle stiffness has reduced and my streching range is increasing.
