the staff is great and i used to be a regular customer, but the manager rajen is so incredibly incompetent, rude ! doesn’t honour appointment times, makes customers wait continuously saying 5 mins, 10 mins etc. he asked me to come at 5 pm sharp, and at 5.10 his employee told him it’ll take another 30 minutes. he’s too busy on his phone at all times not working. i’d love to come back when he leaves.
