I had a disappointing experience at this store. The front desk representative, Mr. Mohammad, was rude and unprofessional in his communication. I only requested a minor adjustment to my spectacles, but was informed that it would take 1-2 days to complete. When I sought clarification, the response was discourteous and inappropriate. Customer service plays an important role in the overall experience, and I hope the store representative addresses such behavior to ensure customers are treated with respect and professionalism
