The Hospital Administration, Fauziya Hospital Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the poor quality of service and staff behavior during my mother's admission at Fauziya Hospital from 31 May 2026 to 2 June 2026. During her stay, the bedsheets were not changed regularly, which affected the cleanliness and comfort expected in a hospital environment. I was also disappointed with the behavior of some nursing staff, who did not communicate respectfully and were often unhelpful when assistance was needed. In addition, the cashier's behavior was unprofessional and lacked courtesy. Whenever concerns were raised, they were not addressed properly, and the staff often showed an inappropriate attitude instead of providing support and assistance. Another issue I would like to highlight is the hospital's room management. Whenever a new patient arrives, existing patients are sometimes asked to shift to another room for adjustment purposes. This causes unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort to patients who are already admitted and settled in their rooms. Patients should not be repeatedly moved simply to accommodate new admissions. I have observed that the quality of service at the hospital has declined significantly compared to previous experiences. At the same time, the hospital charges have increased considerably, making the poor standard of service even more concerning. I request the hospital management to investigate these issues seriously and take appropriate action to improve patient care, cleanliness, staff behavior, and room management policies so that patients and their families receive the quality of service they deserve.
