They don't entertain customers at all. Customer service should be a priority but the sales girl is least bothered to show dress. She was concerned that she will have to fold again the clothes which we refuse. I saw their insta page for nice collection and wanted to shop more but ended up buying only one dress just coz of pathetic service. Please pay your sales girls as they are fed up. Eventually i by my own started to search my size below the rack, for that also she shouted at me that plz don't touch our products! Nice collection but my size was out of stock or maybe she was not showing! Dissappointed!

Customer is the back bone of any buisness. Me and my sister shopped around 9.5k just asked the exchanges policy reply was very rude by the owner stating we have given so much time to you no exchange with a very bossy attitude. A big red flag will never going back again respect is very vital and no one will take this disrespectful behavior.highly recommend the owner to kindly change this attitude time given to customer will generate your buisness and commission.
