We went on a late-night drive and after searching for quite some time, we finally found this place around 2 AM. We were surprised to see such a huge crowd outside the restaurant even at that hour. The seating was comfortable, the food was good, and the service was great too.

I had a very disappointing experience at Janta Tawa and Grill❌️(Kurla). We initially ordered Manchow soup, but were informed that the fried noodle toppings were unavailable. Since this is an essential component of the dish, we requested cancellation. We then ordered mutton keema with tandoori roti. The food quality was extremely poor. As visible, the dish contained an excessive amount of oil, making it unappetizing. More concerning, we found a strand of hair in the food on the second bite, after which we immediately stopped eating🤢❗️. Additionally, the tandoori roti was not fresh—it was overly chewy, almost like chewing gum, clearly indicating it was not freshly prepared. When we raised this issue, a replacement roti was provided, but even that was not satisfactory in quality. We reported all these concerns to the staff; however, the response was limited to a simple apology. Although they did not charge us for the meal, the overall handling of the situation felt inadequate. The waiter’s attitude was also not courteous, which further added to the negative experience❌️. Overall, this visit was highly unsatisfactory in terms of food quality, hygiene, and service standards
