**1-star review:** Very bad experience at Mark Suzuki Kurla West. Please document every conversation on paper or digitally, and check the scooter thoroughly before taking delivery. Take an expert with you, because after delivery they may not support you properly. In my case, they fixed a damaged scooter guard and charged extra money for a rat cable product without clearly explaining it. The staff did not admit their mistake and were not transparent. Please cross-check all charges, compare accessory prices with other showrooms, and verify every item before payment. Beware.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service team. The Service Advisor misled me by suggesting I purchase an extended warranty for certain parts, but then issued a bill for four services within the year—even though I was already entitled to four free services from the company. When I questioned him, he falsely claimed that the company had already provided an extended warranty and that the free services applied only to that. This feels completely deceptive and like a scam. I would caution others to be careful and verify all information before agreeing to any services.
