Located a short walk from Khar station the Municipal Market has been at the same location for generations and is very popular with the locals. The only issue is parking. The area is crowded and it's very tough to find a parking spot. While vegetables and fruit are sold inside the market, there are several utility stores on the periphery. In addition there are several fruit and vegetable vendors who sit on the road just South of the market.
