We recently got our wardrobe designed and installed by Livspace, and we are extremely happy with the entire experience. Special thanks to Yash Gore, our designer, who understood our requirements perfectly and created a wardrobe that is both elegant and highly functional. We also appreciate Vaibhav Mistry for his excellent installation work and attention to detail. A special thanks to Sakshi for her smooth coordination and prompt support throughout the project. Lastly, heartfelt thanks to Ritesh, the team leader, for overseeing the execution and ensuring everything was completed on time with outstanding finishing. I am disappointed with my experience with Livspace. We recently had a modular kitchen installed by them, and the material quality is good but the parts which are installed are already started chipping off. Within a short time, parts of the holders are chipping off, which is not unacceptable for a supposedly premium setup. there is a clear flaw in the overall design, and to make matters worse, they left a part entirely missing during installation. The most frustrating part is their post-installation service. I have raised these issues, but my complaints have been pending for over three weeks with no concrete resolution or urgency from their end. I am unhappy with the lack of customer support and accountability. I expected a hassle-free experience from a company like Livspace, but they have failed on both in installing and service. Think twice before trusting them with your home.
