I requested for cutlery. They did not accept my request and didn’t provide cutlery. Since I ordered for three plates of sev puri. I and my guests got inconvenience having food without cutlery. Rude and disrespectful restaurant is Gupta Snacks, Kandivali, Mumbai.

Avoid visiting this place at Runwal Galleri as they are inefficient to deliver orders in time. A simple grilled sandwich was not prepared after an hour's wait time & finally we had to cancel all our orders. It makes no sense to hold people just for crowd pulling if you don't have capacity to fulfill orders.
