Very disappointing experience. Due to a misunderstanding, we were given 2 Master Key books and 3 textbooks instead of the books we actually needed. Today (26/06/2026) When my husband went back to exchange or return them, the shopkeeper refused to accept the return or provide a refund. Instead, he insisted that we buy other books from the store. We understand that every shop has its own return policy, but the way he spoke to us was extremely rude and disrespectful. He kept saying, "Hurry up, I don't have time," without even listening properly. Good customer service is not just about selling productsโit is also about treating customers with respect. The attitude and behavior were very disappointing. I hope they improve both their customer service and the way they communicate with customers. ๐๐
