Have been a customer for almost 2 years and it’s day by day becoming worst. Very unorganised way to handle appointments. It’s been 2 weeks they forget to hear and they simple say come by 1 hour later or before . What is the point of booking an appointment . Hope the managements take this as am done with this pathetic service .

Worst ever service . Please do not book the Membership specially the Happy Hours one . It's a trap. 10.00 am -3.00 am are the timings but you won't be allowed to book as masseuse aren't available at 10.30 am too.You are supposed to schedule the day only as per their timings if you book a membership with them. Secondly they work only and only as per the policy but they couldn't even share the Invoice for two months straight after following up multiple times on top of not even all the details about the membership we shared properly. The only thing good about this place are the Masseuse . They are too good at their job but just unable to understand the so called policy which is just not flexible enough inspite of their own mistakes. Book a Membership with them only if you would like to hear a NO for every single thing you ask them.

Extremely unprofessional,wasted our precious time n no courtesy. They lost a business of 4k but were least bothered , one heartfelt sorry cud have stopped me from walking out that too in today's times. I was apalled at the audacity,ruined my mood.

"Sir aapka membership renewal hai aaj" "Sir package le lo sasta padega" That irritating voice of the receptionist & the 3rd class behaviour is just ruining this place. Constant begging on every visit, nagging and totally crap attitude of the reception staff especially that old aunty who was in borivali centre also earlier. I mean how can you run a hospitality and service driven center with such a pathetic staff ? The therapists are so good and genuine but these receptionists keep torturing them as labour camp, and talk to them with so much disrespect! Receptionist should be sacked immediately. All they do is gossip & beg for memberships, they can't even manage to book a session properly and keep lying all the time, i had booked for 2pm they forced me to come at 4pm & therapist told me that she was available and had nothing at 2pm. Beware of 2 things - Absolute Lying by receptionists & Membership Sales by receptionists. Owners are probably least bothered after getting their revenue on the kind of service being offered. Rooms are not well maintained and it's a sub standard infra with almost every room having some or the other thing either broken or torn or not working or will have foul smell. Recommend go once take contact of their therapists they're good and then they provide services outside as well especially on urban company. Thats much better.

I recently visited this spa and was quite disappointed with the staff’s behavior. They were overly intrusive and made me feel uncomfortable, to the point where I had to warn them to maintain their distance. It’s important for spa staff to respect personal space and uphold professional ethics, but unfortunately, that was lacking here.
