Very disappointing experience at Enrich. They claim to have expert stylists, but the haircut I received was terrible. Even local salons do a much better job with styling and haircuts. The stylist seemed unaware of how to create the requested style and cut my hair randomly. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend it.

We took an appointment for our Boss who travelled all the way from Bandra to Kandivali enrich because of their service . Just 14 minutes late he was turned away saying your appointment is gone come on another day. Check your system in the name of Hardeep Singh Sondhi just because his billing was not big as he always comes to your store for beard trimming you didn't valued him. I will ensure such loyal customer er are brought to my saloon I hold a franchise of a Celebrity. You guys didn't thought it was so Hot outside and no courtesy. Poor Customer Handling
