My weight loss journey with ma'am has been great. I lost ~10 kgs of weight just by eating regular food, but at perfect timings. She is approachable to answer any queries related to food. She understands our schedule and gives diet plan accordingly.

When I started the diet my weight was 91 kg now it is 83 kg. I feel very light .My waist size has reduced. My face, neck, hands,legs has become thinner.Earlier it was difficult to sit down but now I can sit easily.I am happy.Thanks.
