It was disappointing experience. I had recently bought speed t4 and wanted a good helmet to go on ride. When we asked for ls2 1st of all they didn't have that in stock when we asked for mt thunder they showed the base version 6.7k around which was okay for start but when i asked i want to see in black matt and wanted to try, they didn't let me try the helmet, said if u r going to buy then only we will let u try or else no. If i wanted to buy helmet without trying first than i would have bought online. Don't know who gave 4.9 rating.

Being a first time buyer and being new to this. I recently purchased a Studds helmet from this store, and at the time of purchase, the owner made very strong claims like “whatever happens, just come to me, I’ll get it repaired.” Unfortunately, when I faced an issue, that assurance turned out to be completely misleading. To be fair, I understand the damage happened due to heat exposure from my bike’s silencer, so it may not fall under standard warranty. However, the problem here is not just the product—it’s the false commitment made at the time of sale. Customers rely on the words of the seller while making a purchase. Giving unrealistic promises just to close a sale is highly unprofessional and breaks trust. I would strongly advise future buyers to rely only on official warranty terms and not verbal assurances from the store. Very disappointing experience.
