Recently, a baby crow in our locality fell from a height and was badly injured. My mother rescued it and kept it safe in a box, but its condition gradually worsened. We then reached out to this rescue team for help. In my experience, many bird rescue organizations either don't answer calls or are unable to respond quickly. However, these guys were exceptional. They called me back immediately, understood the situation immediately and arranged for a volunteer to reach my place within an hour to collect and assist the injured bird. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for rescuing the bird and for the incredible work you do for animals in need.

I called on their number late evening as I had seen an injured crow near my house in Powai. Despite being out of their area, they arranged for a free pickup by one of their volunteers late at night. The bird has survived and is being taken care of. Very thankful to their team for this!
